Three administrators, 15 childcare personnel, 14 elementary teachers and 15 support staff are Christians dedicated to student success. As a Christian community of professionals who serve as members of the body of Christ, these administrators, teachers and support staff seek to create a climate of encouragement, fellowship and respect that facilitates student development at all levels.
Because many students at Timothy Academy confront complex life issues regularly, staff members learn to expect the unexpected. As they establish trust with students, they are called to serve sacrificially in a variety of ways. These Christian educators recognize that each child has been entrusted to their care and that love, teaching and discipline must follow the model established by Jesus Christ. All staff members are encouraged to understand, appreciate and love each pupil, praying for them daily.
