TO APPLY	Complete the application form and pay the application fee. Application Fee: New child only--Non-Refundable. $25.

TO ENROLL	Complete the registration form. Complete the interview with childcare supervisor.

	Registration Fee (due annually by August of each year) is not refundable

	Pay Annual registration fee of $50.
